permanent recruitment service across various
industries and includes entry level, middle
management and executive placements.
On employing the candidate, the employer will
be invoiced a fee based on Total Cost to Company
and in accordance with the following tariff
structure. The fee structure may be negotiated
based on volumes.
Guarantee Should an applicant resign
or leave your Company during the guarantee period
for any reason other than redundancy or
retrenchment, we will provide a suitable
replacement.
Conditions of Guarantee Krost
Recruitment should be informed, in writing, within
15 (fifteen) days of the candidate's dismissal or
should the candidate leave the Company within a
90-day period.
Temporary Recruitment Our Executive
Consultants will assist you in recruiting temp
staff at all levels. Quotes will be provided on
request and will be based on your
requirements. Included in the rate quoted are
provisions for all commissions and the statutory
temp benefits listed below:
- Paid public holidays
- Leave pay
- Sick leave
- Family Responsibility leave
Krost Recruitment will, in accordance with the
law, make UIF deductions and payments. We will
also make the necessary payments for the Skills
Development levy.
